Performance Judo

Three Time Olympian Celita Schutz in action.
What is Judo? Judo is a sport/martial art developed from traditional
Japanese Jiu-Jitsu by Jigoro Kano. Judo requires the participant to
throw their opponent on to their backs to win the contest. Judo has
been an Olympic sport for over 40 years. Modern Olympic judo is mainly
known for its spectacular throws but it also includes grappling positions
similar to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These classes are perfect for gaining
effective throwing and takedown skills and improving your conditioning.
